This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal contract between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Float, the developer of the Float software application.
This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the Float software ("Software"), whether obtained directly from Float or through a Float authorized reseller or distributor ("Reseller").
Before installing and using the Float software, please read this EULA carefully. It grants a license to use the Float software and includes warranty information and liability disclaimers. Your agreement to these terms is signified by clicking "accept" or by installing and using the Float software.
If you are accepting this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you lack such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use the Software.
This EULA applies exclusively to the Float Software and does not cover any other software, even if referenced or described herein. The terms also apply to Float updates, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms are provided with those items.
Float grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Float software on your devices in accordance with this EULA.
You may install the Float software on devices under your control, ensuring they meet the minimum requirements of the software.
Prohibited Actions:
Float retains all ownership rights to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, regardless of any modifications. Float may grant third-party licenses for the Software at its discretion.
This EULA is effective from your first use of the Software and continues until terminated. You may terminate it anytime with written notice to Float. It also terminates immediately upon your failure to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Provisions that naturally survive termination will remain in effect.
This EULA and any disputes related to it are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
